I am 62 yrs old and receive SSDU and only receive $1,000 a month. Just doesn’t seem right if your on permanent disability that your not eligible until your 65

The Biden administration has done more for the Seniors and disabled than any other president, if you are complaining about this government maybe it’s because you don’t understand how it works, it’s the republicans that are holding up progress for this country, and they want to take your SS away from you. get educated before you start complaining about this government and get the facts
The B admin has done absolutely NOTHING for the seniors and disabled – more than any other president? Really? We, in this current B admin are seeing unprecedented rises in healthcare monthly copays for doctor visits, ER visits, medication and insurance costs, fuel and gasoline costs, a 35% increase in food costs to add to that. Many seniors are at or below the poverty income level as it is – so tell everyone how seniors and the disabled are making out comfortably when many, many only get between $500 and $1000 or a little more a month to pay for food, rent, utilities, etc without having to go on welfare – oh and btw: I work for SS so none of this nonsense about taking away your SS is real – so, stop your trolling!

I really don’t understand how I am considered a senior citizen except when it comes to me getting the 4th stimulus check. I’m 61 yrs old and struggle every month because I receive under $1000 a month. Prices of food, utilities and gas keep me broke all the time, even having to cancel doctors appointments because I don’t have money to put gas in my vehicle. Us seniors are swept under the rug and forgot about. Why would our government think someone 65 years old would be struggling worse than 61 yrs old? Trust me we all struggle the same
